I, Christy Larson, started Jibber-Jabber Fun care in the beginning of 2008 just after my daughter, Samantha, was born. I had been working in childcare for more than 15 years at that point. I decided that instead of returning to my preschool teaching career, I should start my own program that would be run in a way that I felt would be most beneficial to my own children and the children that I was teaching. I have been married to my wonderful and supportive husband since 2002. Together we have our son Elijah, our daughters, Sammy, Lilly, and Makenzie. We bought our home in 2009 which has allowed me to expand my childcare and create an even more ideal environment for the kids. We have tons of animals for the children to love on and help care for. We love to have the kids work in the garden and learn about how the natural world works and grows. I have always felt that the best things about children are their innocence and imagination, so I love that I have been able to create a program where those things can be fully embraced and explored.
